It's Halloween today! Not much has been happening with Brady and I since we've both been unemployed. He has a job interview at Target, and I'm supposed to hear back from K-mart tomorrow on when I start my training. I can't wait to have money again. It's been real tight and I'm already heartily sick of it. We had pumpkin carving at our house last Thursday. It was way fun, and the pumpkins turned out well if I do say so myself. We had a party on Saturday night at Mom Doyle's house and a party last night at the Postma/Cox houses. I love this time of year and especially being around the family again. I really missed them so much when we lived in Logan.

We just got back from a 4 day vacation and I'm ready to get back to life now. I'm so scared to do work without mom. We've been working partners for over 14 years. I'm not sure how to get along without her. I'm hoping Brady will put more effort into getting reemployed and I'm also hoping financial aid works out so I can go back to school and also get away from working at Coral Hills for the rest of my life. I'm so proud of my mother that she made that leap of faith and did what I seem to be scared of doing. She got out of there, and away from the craziness. I wish and hope only for the best for her at her new job at IHC.

Not much different is going on with us right now. I'm crazy busy with work and my hubby is still looking for work. I'm getting excited for the 4th and the birthdays coming up. I hope Brady enjoys what I did for him. I'm quite scared about going to school in August, but I think it'll be alright. When it's all done I'll be a teacher. I can't wait, but that's still 2+ years down the road at least.

Happy Mother's Day! I was feeling really down and depressed yesterday because my cycle started which means I still don't get to be a mom to my own child. Everybody I know has been so sweet and so kind though that it is hard to be to sad about it. We had Jo and Clyde over last night for dinner. We served Lasagna, Salad, garlic bread and for dessert ice cream sundaes. Today I got to see my beautiful mom and wish her a happy Mother's Day. I'm so glad I'm her daughter. She's such an amazing woman. I'm thankful for all the beautiful women in my life. You're such treasures to me. I love you all so very much.

We had Jo and Clyde for dinner last night. It was nice. We ate spaghetti, strawberry cake and then played cards. They beat us pretty bad. Brady said "why did you invite these people over". I patted his head and said "next time we'll invite Sheena and Shan". In other news my poor boy is really sick :(. I hope he gets better really soon. Shellie I need to take pictures of the house then I'll try and get them posted. I like your place it is so cute. Our place is similar in design, but a lot older looking than yours.

Things have been crazy busy at work lately, spring break and all. I told my mom it feels like I'm running along just trying to keep up with how fast and busy my life feels. I'm hoping things will slow down to a more manageable rate. Until then I'll just keep running along hoping to catch up with my life someday.

Nothing much is going on with us right now. We celebrated my nephews second b-day last night. It was way fun. Walmart isn't getting along with Brady right now so I'm not sure how long he'll have his job. We're still trying to get our apartment in some semblance of order. And Brady is still trying to get enough sleep in a day. Other than that we're just missing friends and family and hoping we can get together with you soon.
